PRIVACY POLICY
Current Concepts Institute (hereinafter “CCI”) is committed to protecting any personal information that you may provide to us. In particular, we believe it is important for you to know how we treat information about you that we may receive from this Website. This Privacy Poliy describes the types of information CCI collects from visitors to this Website, what we do with this information and how visitors can update and control the use of information they provide on the Website.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
In general, you can visit this Website without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. When you visit our Website, our web servers collect the name of the domain you used to access the Internet, which pages on our Website you visited and when they were visited, your Internet browser type and platform, the link that brought you to our Website and any links clicked within our Website, mostly in the form of cookies. This information may be used by us, our service providers, affiliates and business partners to measure the number of visits, average time spent, page views and other statistics about visitors to our Website. We also use this data to monitor Website performance and make the Website easier and more convenient to use. Although you may set a Do Not Track signal to be sent from your web browser when you visit our Website, we are not currently able to honor your request automatically. You would need to manually opt out of Performance and Marketing cookies (described below) to have the same effect.

Strictly Necessary Cookies (Always Active)
These cookies are necessary for this Website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

Performance Cookies
Performance cookies allow the server to determine when your computer visits the Website again in order to track statistical information about navigation to and throughout certain areas of our Website (i.e., Google Analytics). This cookie is not used to obtain your name or any personal data, and the information that is tracked is used only for internal purposes, to improve Website navigation and measure the effectiveness of our Website, and is not shared with anyone other than contractors who assist CCI in these efforts and who are bound to confidentiality. If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can set your browser to reject them or to alert you before one is placed. However, if you opt out and do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our Website, and will not be able to monitor its performance.

Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites. The intention is to display advertisements that are relevant and engaging for the individual user and thereby more valuable for publishers and third party advertisers. After you visit our Website, you may continue to see advertisements from us for a period of time to remind you of your interest. These cookies will not contain any information that personally identifies you (such as your name or e-mail address) but they will contain a randomly generated number that is unique to your browser and can be recognized by a “Web beacon” (transparent GIF file) on our Website if you click through to our Website from one of our ads. This allows us to keep track of how many unique visitors we have to our Website and from what ads they entered, so that we can measure the effectiveness of our ads and ad placements. The privacy policies of the websites on which we advertise, and through which the cookies are installed, should inform you about the cookie, and you may, of course, set your browser to reject cookies. However, if you opt out and do not allow these cookies, we will not be able to serve reminders to your browser. In addition, there are portions of this Website where we may need to collect personally identifiable information about you if you choose to register and/or purchase products from us. This personally identifiable information may include your address, phone number, credit card information and other information. The type of product or service that you seek will determine the personal information that is collected.

CCI does not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties. Once collected, we may use your personal information for the following purposes:
Register you for programs and services you have requested
Process, fulfill and follow-up on your orders
Answer your emails or on-line requests
Send information you request
Deliver newsletters, meeting and event updates
Notify you about new products/services, special offers and other information that may be relevant to your use of our Website

OUR SECURITY PROCEDURES
At CCI, our goal is to protect your personal information submitted to us through this Website. We limit access to personal and account information to those employees and agents who assist us in providing products and services to you. Employees who misuse customer information are subject to disciplinary action. We also require third parties to whom we disclose nonpublic personal information to adhere to this Privacy Policy and to establish information security procedures. Certain areas of the Website may require the use of a user ID and password as an additional security measure that helps protect your information. This allows CCI to verify who you are, thereby allowing you access to your account information and preventing unauthorized access. When you have finished using secure areas of our Website, make sure you always click on the “Log Out” link which appears on every secure page. When you click on the “Log Out” link, you will be given the option to end your secure session. No further secure transactions can be conducted without re-entering your user ID and password. You should be aware that browser software often “caches” a page as you look at it, meaning that some pages are saved in your computer’s temporary memory. Therefore, you may find that clicking on your “Back” button shows you a saved version of a previously viewed page. Caching in no way affects the security of your confidential user ID or password. If you have any questions about the security of your personal information, please contact us at info@ccimeetings.com.
